Skewing dark from spite and trauma. She absolutely can go Evil Queen with the right circumstances. Some of her darkness is her own, and some of it has been imprinted on her by the thing that had possessed Dreus.
The 'thing' is some entity of madness and fire, very Flame of Frenzy/King in Yellow adjacent. It's not possessing her, but when she gets like very angry she can definitely invoke its essence and definitely presents a lot darker and more dangerous.
